The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is one of the larger school boards in Ontario. We serve approximately 63,000 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. Our Board has 120 schools in the Region of Waterloo. We provide instruction to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for a solid foundation for living and learning.
Our students regularly achieve honours in academics, fine arts and athletics. Waterloo Region is home to 2 universities, a college, and 2 leading research centres. The Region provides a safe place for students to study with options for post-secondary schooling. Our Board has a good relationship with local post-secondary schools and many of our graduates successfully move on to further education and rewarding careers.
